Summary: Enjoyed our clean room with Ocean view. Staff are all friendly and helpful. A nice rooftop bar serves very good well-balanced cocktails. The best part was the large courtyard with a pool and a hot tub. a few mins walk to nice restaurants and shopping. Couldn't be better!

Summary: You could not get regular TV- everything you had to pay to stream. Just wanted to watch CNN and coukd not. Also- you pay over 400$ a night and they don’t have free coffee in the lobby…ridiculous. So ok you have high end coffee shop then and 2 times my husband paid for drip coffee and it was cold and barista was clueless. So here is what you do: put out ( like most hotels do) a thermos of drip coffee in the am and if guests want fancy they order and pay for fancy. I kniw this is LA but come on.

Summary: A movie was being shown poolside-right outside our room, really loud-which lasted until almost 10:00. To make matters worse, we were offered tickets for $17! To a movie from decades ago we could probably stream for free. We have never stayed in a place that did not offer coffee, if not in the room, at least in the lobby. We had to purchase coffee, for $5 a cup from a coffee bar run by the hotel in the lobby. And yes, a resort fee was also charged. Pretty unbelievable.
